If you're reading this, chances are you've got a nagging back, a stiff neck, or a sports injury that just won't quit — and you're wondering who to trust with it. We're Chirofix, and we're excited to introduce ourselves as your local chiropractic clinic, now based right here in Wolli Creek.
After 11 wonderful years caring for the Inner West community from our Petersham clinic, we made the move to a brand new space in Wolli Creek in March 2026. It's a fresh chapter for us, but our approach hasn't changed one bit — we're still the same team, still just as hands-on, and still just as committed to getting you back to doing what you love, whether that's playing sport, working pain-free, or simply picking up your kids without wincing. Our new clinic sits right at Cahill Park — you'll find us at Shop 5/6 Princes Hwy, Wolli Creek, on the park side of the building, an easy 8-minute walk from Wolli Creek Station. It's a beautiful, green spot to be based, and we love that patients can even head out for a walk around the park as part of their rehab.
At Chirofix, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. Every patient who walks through our door gets a genuinely hands-on, multi-technique approach built around three pillars of care:Adjust — Chiropractic adjustments are our bread and butter. A precise, controlled movement applied to a joint that's not moving as it should, restoring range of motion and offering that instant, unmistakable relief so many of our patients describe.Release — We spend real time on soft tissue work. That might mean trigger point therapy, active and passive release techniques, dry needling, cupping, or instrument-assisted tools like Gua-sha — whatever your muscles, tendons, and fascia actually need that day.Strengthen — An adjustment or a release can take the pain away, but strengthening is what keeps it away. We prescribe targeted rehab exercises, in-clinic with Physiapp app so you can follow your program with video guidance anytime, anywhere. It's this combination — adjustments, dry needling, soft tissue release, and exercise rehab, all working together — that sets our approach apart from a quick crack-and-go visit.
Our director, Felipe Baccan, was training to become a professional footballer when chiropractic care entered his life — not to fix an injury that ended his career, but to help him stay on the field, injury-free, and performing at his best. That experience of chiropractic as a tool for performance, not just pain relief, sparked the passion that eventually became Chirofix, and it still shapes how we treat every athlete who comes to see us.Whether you're a weekend warrior nursing a dodgy knee from running, a soccer player who's rolled an ankle, a Jiu-jitsu enthusiast with a stiff neck, or simply someone whose shoulder won't let you sleep on your side anymore, we take a functional, whole-body approach to getting you back on the field, court, or track. Of course, we're just as passionate about the everyday complaints that bring most people to a chiropractor in the first place — lower back pain, neck pain, and the aches that come from long hours at a desk or a bad night's sleep.
While Wolli Creek is our new home, our doors are open to the whole surrounding community. We're seeing patients from Rockdale, Arncliffe, Brighton-Le-Sands, and Tempe, right through to Marrickville, Petersham, Lewisham, Alexandria, Zetland, Bondi Junction, and Maroubra. If you're anywhere across the Bayside and Inner West areas, we'd love to help. Our team of three chiropractors — Dr Felipe Baccan, Dr Lidiane Barros, and Dr Tainan Masch Marchiori — bring decades of combined experience between them, and all three are fluent in Portuguese, continuing our long-standing connection with Sydney's Brazilian and Portuguese-speaking community.
Chirofix isn't a one-person show — and our other two chiropractors bring their own stories and passions to the table.Dr Lidiane Barros brings over 18 years of clinical experience to Chirofix. She's dedicated to helping people move better and live with less pain, treating everything from lower back pain and sciatica to headaches and shoulder pain. Like the rest of the team, her approach is hands-on, practical, and personalised — combining chiropractic adjustments, muscle release techniques, dry needling, and tailored rehab exercises. What sets Lidiane apart is her focus on the why behind the pain, not just the symptom in front of her — she works to uncover the underlying cause, so patients don't just feel better, they stay better. Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish as well as English, she's a wonderful asset for our multicultural patient base.Dr Tainan Masch Marchiori discovered chiropractic from the other side of the treatment table. A lifelong athlete who tried his hand at everything from Capoeira to cricket, AFL, and rugby league before settling into football, Tainan played for over a decade with the Stanmore Hawks in the NSW NPL, moving through the ranks from junior player to First Grade, then coach, and now game-day chiropractor. It was his own club chiropractor who first introduced him to the profession — and combined with a lifelong love of science and the human body, that experience set him on the path to Macquarie University, where he completed his Bachelor and Master's in Chiropractic in 2022. Tainan brings that athlete's mindset — discipline, teamwork, and commitment — into every consultation, with a special interest in sports injuries, neck pain, and lower back pain, using a mix of massage, dry needling, cupping, mobilisations, and manipulations tailored to each patient. He's also fluent in Portuguese, adding further depth to our ability to care for Sydney's Portuguese-speaking community.Together, Felipe, Lidiane, and Tainan give Chirofix a team with genuine, lived experience in both elite and everyday sport, plus decades of hands-on clinical care between them.Whether it's a back that's locked up, a shoulder that's been niggling for months, or a sports injury you're keen to shake before the next game, we're here and ready to help.
